Sent my dad here 3 days after my experience and yet again Joe and his team hit it out of the park again. My dad gives them an 11 if top notch is 10 out of 10. Said his experience at gregory Mitsubishi was an 11 best car buying experience of his life!!! He says Joe and his team were fantastic! And will definitely go back again. I didn't expect anything less when my dad told me my sister was in the market for a new vehicle. As she left happy with another Mitsubishi eclipse cross. Making us matching with salt and pepper. They saved this one for me. It's hard to find a brand new, fully redesigned, full on technology, higher level trim, with safety gadgets, super comfy and roomy SUVs that was assembled in Nov '21 in a Mitsubishi factory 6300 miles away. I got my 2022 Outlander SE for a good price too. Wished I had a sunroof but I do not have a sunroof. I could have had a sunroof from another dealer if I would have paid like a gazillion dollars more over MSRP or waited like 180 days or so. Fernando said he could have gotten me a SEL if I would have waited another month or so. I was done waiting and had to have my Outlander now!! So I got my 2022 Outlander. Inventory is low and if you want new one of these, call them. Greg picked up the phone when I called the other store. He was the one who told me about these Outlanders when I called. Greg, Fernando and Kim. They took care of me big with price we agreed upon. No surprises as I used my auto loan amortization calculator to ensure the accuracy during the signing ceremony. Just cool people who wanted to beat the snow and get home to their family. Dealer was nice and big with decent free coffee. I was in and out in about an hour. Just happy to have a car I really like. Going to wax it twice a year.

I had an amazing experience here with Joe and Fernando! I have been shopping around for Subaru Foresters for a few months and so glad I ended up purchasing from here. They had a better price ($2500 cheaper) than where I planned to purchase before and the process was extremely easy. They were personable, addressed all of my questions, were thorough in sharing what my options were, and made sure that I was informed before moving forward. I was looking for a used car for my daughter. Kim helped me find one in our price range and in really good condition. They did fix a small cosmetic part also. The entire process was smooth and easy. It was nice to work with everyone there. My daughter loves her car.

It was not my intention to buy the vehicle. However, what Joe and Kim did for me was very friendly and professional. Both made me feel at ease. And Joe gave me an offer that I could not refuse. LOL. So I ended up buying the vehicle. Bottom line is that they were very professional, and when I went back to the dealer to drop off extra key to the vehicle, the way Kim greeted me made feel like visiting old friend's home which you don't see often in any dealers anymore. I will definitely recommend friends and family to look for Joe and Kim!

Did everything they could to help me, with the trading in my car process, I appreciate their service for sure. Kim was very nice and help with my kids and just wanted to make sure we had good service, while trading in my car for something more bigger and better for my big family. My dad and I were out car shopping for a new vehicle for my mom to get around in since she was involved in an accident that left her vehicle totaled. We stopped at two different dealerships before landing at Gregory Mitsubishi. Fernando and Kimberly were excellent with their customer service and extremely friendly. It was the nicest we had been treated all day between the three dealerships. Kimberly was nice enough to offer me and my dad bottled water, coffee, hot chocolate and whatever else we needed while we were there. We looked at two different vehicles, and Fernando was very informative about the cars along with being very prompt in getting the cars ready for us to test drive. I also must comment on the quality and state of the vehicles. The two we looked at were extremely clean and had been well taken care of by the dealership. They had been cleaned on the inside and just didn't look rough and super used like the cars at the other dealerships we had been at that day. They paid attention to detail and both vehicles were just in really nice condition. We ended up negotiating with Kimberly and Fernando to an agreed-upon price and purchasing the vehicle at the end of our long day of searching. I would definitely recommend making a stop at Gregory Mitsubishi if you're looking to purchase a vehicle.

I purchased a 2022 Outlander SEL back in July and had the pleasure of working with Michael. I went to two other dealerships before this and was not happy with their service and pricing tactics at all. Michael and the team at Gregory Mitsubishi were extremely friendly, upfront, honest, and the process was so smooth I was blown away. I have a different Mitsubishi dealer less than a mile from my home but I will gladly travel the half hour drive to Gregory for all my service and needs. Great job guys

Leased a Mitsubishi Outlander, from Fernando, at Gregory Mitsubishi yesterday. Love the vehicle and have no complaints. I had recently been working with Toyota and was not very happy with their deals or service. Fernando was an excellent salesman and I highly recommend. I feel I made a good choice switching from Toyota to Mitsubishi.

We bought a car for my mom at Gregory Mitsubishi. Not only we got a great price and a great interest rate but the people, in particular Michael and Fernando were very nice and knowledgeable. My mom did not want to drive the car back, as it was 80 miles from our house and it was highway, so Michael volunteered to drive the car to our house the same day we purchased it. That was extremely kind of him. Great dealership! WOW!

first of all let me start by saying that this is not the old staff that was in this facility before!!.it's a whole different staff managers and salesperson.. the salesman was incredibly helpful understanding patient and extremely friendly..It was one of the most pleasurable customer service I ever experienced in a dealer I have purchased other vehicles in other dealers before but this experience with Mitsubishi of lake villa was excellent..they didn't bother me or force me to get anything.. they were very understanding about me looking at other Dealers..the sale person never badged the other company or dealer..just understanding and even after i test drive one of there vehicles and not sure if i was getting one from them the finance manager still gave us a great treatment even let us sit in the massage chairs and have coffee..definitely I recommend Gregory Mitsubishi of lake villa to everybody..thank you guys

Not a great time to shop for a car. This is the only dealership who had a car in stock, had the car ready for the appointment, and had a great car (Outlander) in our price range. Nat was wonderful to deal with and we were contacted the next day to help us set up some tech features. Similar cars were at least 7-10K more. The styling is really great - Looks a little like a Land Rover. We are thrilled.

I just purchased a 2020 Mitsu Outlander Sport this past weekend. I worked with Chad and he was fantastic. He was not pushy at all which I really appreciated. He knew what I was looking for and they were able to structure a deal for me that I just couldn't pass up. I had a few questions and called Chad-- turned out to be his day off---but he called me back immediately. Customer service was wonderful. After having visited a couple of dealerships that used bait and switch tactics to get me to visit, I'm so glad that I found a vehicle with Gregory Mitsubishi. Chad, Steve, and Ron were all very friendly; not like the typical pushy salesmen. They recently had a change in management and replaced all their personnel with a more customer friendly approach. Their salespeople are salaried, not commission. My experience is as follows: I saw online a Chrysler Pacifica that fit my search criteria and called them to ask if the vehicle was available. Steve was very helpful in answering my questions and agreed to come in early the next day to show me the vehicle. After the test drive, they let me take the vehicle to my mechanic to get it checked out, even though I lived 35 miles away. After a good inspection, I took it back that evening and worked with Chad and Ron on purchasing the vehicle. They helped me find a low interest loan. The only other fees are the standard tax, title, license, and documentation fees. I did point out that the car key battery and wipers needed replacing, and they agreed to fix those. The rest of the process went smoothly as well. Since I came with my other vehicle, they agreed to deliver the vehicle to my house after finishing the detail work. Overall, I think you will have a pleasant experience at this dealership.

I visited the dealership for safety recall and oil change. However, I was probably misunderstood and the oil change was not done at all. Have to make another appointment. After the general manager contacted me they did their best to provide excellent experience and great customer care! Everything was fixed very fast! After months of research I finally found the car I wanted for the right price! Chad was great from the very beginning. He was working with multiple customers at once and still gave me incredible service. He put a plate on the car I was looking at and let me drive it myself which was nice. I can not say enough about this Mitsubishi Family, from Sales and customer service, thru Finance, they were extremely understanding when I changed my mind on the first deal, which is probably my error but when I explained the situation they responded with don't worry about, we'll take care of it, that they don't want anyone not happy or satisfied that was the exact words from the general manager Steve, and when I came back the next day, they had, even doing better then I had expected...I can not say enough about this team , they went above and I left feeling so good and extremely happy and satisfied, my salesman Chad, doesn't give up on you and really cares and tries hard to get you a good deal. Great dealership w/ huge selection. Came in looking for a reasonably priced car for my son (graduation gift). Found exactly what I was looking for in a Nissan Rogue. Kevin was very nice and helpful, listened to what I was looking for and steered me in the right direction. Financing was a breeze, was in and out of dealership in less than 2 hours. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to buy a car, the customer service was amazing and the cars were priced very reasonably. I went there with my eyes set on one car and when I told them that they didn’t try to sell me anything more expensive or something they wanted to get rid of. Overall they were very accommodating and I would be very happy to go back and buy another car from them. Rick Angel, the general manager, and Cynthia were specifically helpful and gracious and made the inspecting and buying process a breeze.

I purchased a 2017 BMW from here and my experience was excellent. Angel helped me out with the test drive and buying experience. They did have the cheapest price on the model I bought with no accidents and the car was in great condition interior, exterior and mechanically and I got a great deal. They had me in and out of the door quick and even got to enjoy their massage chairs while my car was being prepped. All in all, would recommend.

I drove to this dealership from Milwaukee because they had a good selection of the car I was looking for, and that is where the positives end. There was one brand new salesperson on the floor running around helping three different customers. I told him the vehicle I was interested in test driving and he promptly went in the back to get the keys and 15 minutes later we were still waiting so we decided to go outside where he was helping a different customer. I asked him where the keys were and he stated the car I wanted was undrivable with a battery issue. We ended up leaving and found Porcaro Mitsubishi in Racine. They had enough salespeople to help me, and I purchased my new Mirage from them. I'm not necessarily saying this is a bad dealership, but they need to figure out how to give personalized service. I don't want my salesperson helping 3 other people while he is helping me.

Buyer beware. Don’t take anything this dealership tells you to heart as it’s subject to change without warning. They’ll quote you a price and then change it, set an interest rate and then increase it, and start the paperwork to sell you the vehicle… agree upon a sale date, and then sell it to somebody else without so much as a call! It’s no wonder they’ve gone through 4 recent management changes the way they conduct business.

We just purchased a vehicle 2 weeks ago. They assured us all was in working order. The car started rattling and it turns out it was rusted and needed a heat shield replacement and the fuel door did not open. This turned out to be $1K in repairs. Also, they assured us they replaced the brakes but it turns out they only replaced the front brakes and rear brakes need replacing. Feel like we got scammed - buyer beware!

I have purchase a car and they gave me two keys last month. However, one of the keys doesn’t work which should belong to another car’s key. I called them three times and still did not give me response. I assume they messed up between cars and keys. What a horrible management here is! Replace my second key! The inventory number is U453.

They sold me a car then 4 days later it won’t start, has multiple warning lights, was told it was serviced when it obviously wasn’t and the coupler for the turbo is broke loose. Also during the deal and even now didn’t submit some paperwork saying I’m tax exempt when I am by law. Casey did a great job being help full but besides him I feel this dealership is very crooked.

I purchased my vehicle approximately five months ago. The salesperson was Raj, and the manager at the time was Steve. I had noted that there was damage on the bumper and had pointed it out to both and both had Reed assured me that it was only aesthetic damage from shipping. That they would repair the bumper at no cost to me which they did do after four months after I purchased the vehicle. Although when I took the vehicle home when I purchased it. I took it to a friend who was studying to be a mechanic and he noted that there was damage on the cold air intake where the bumper damage was. Brought this up to Steve and Steve said that he would have his mechanic take a look at it. he told me that there is no issue with the functionality and not to worry about it. 3 months after purchasing the vehicle a wheezing noise started to happen. so I decided to take it to another Mitsubishi dealership after about a month of having this issue. The other dealership noted that the noise was coming from the colder intake which needed to be replaced. Then so noted that there was damage to one of the columns it had been pushed back approximately an inch. They also are very non-responsive when you have purchased the vehicle I had to constantly call them when they told me they would call me back in regards to the parts for the bumper. I also had to return multiple times for them to refasten parts of the bumper that would become loose in total five different trips. On the first trip that my car was ready and they had not completed the repair. Has been nothing but a horrible experience. I recommend a different dealership.

I've been coming to this dealership for car work throughout their opening. They've treated me well with great service correlating with oil changes and I decided I needed help installing an aftermarket manifold. After my installation of the manifold I noticed many scratches on the brand new ceramic coated manifold along will the incorrect bolts forced into threads. I've never had a problem with their service nor with the staff, my prior knowledge was great friendly faces. Now at this point, I went to go speak with management, they acknowledged the scratches and claimed "There is no leak so there isn't a problem" while the bolts weren't threaded down correctly. Their solution to the problem was that the fee was waived and that is the "Best" they could do for me. The manager proceeded to bring in the technician to diagnose the situation and told me one story of how he started to put the bolts in, got half way done with the job then let someone else proceed with the rest of the job. After bringing in the other technician, he claimed he didn't touch the car and the stories weren't adding up. Management then told my father and I, "I've heard all I needed" and walked away from us. Sitting at their desk staring at us in awe, then told us I'm no longer doing service on any of our vehicles. I recommend to stay away from this store, the technician Kyle seem to have a better understanding at personal confrontation then management. I at least got the clarity of Kyle diagnosing the situation in a better manner than his bosses who left a technician to clean up their mess. Rather than blaming or walking away from an angered customer, resolve the issue with the customer that has been coming to the store since opening. Terrible service and I'm left with stuck bolts, and scratches over my new parts.

They just trying to sell you overpriced vehicles without even test drive and telling that a spacial offer, what a scam. If you get lottery ticket where its shows that you win, you actually don't, if there not this numbers, so don't waist you time
